Spread the love by sharing widely

We’re on a mission to support all people who have a feeling that change starts from within. The more people we can support, the quicker we'll create the belonging, kindness and connection this world is seeking. Although we’re no longer recording live episodes, it doesn’t mean the content is invalid. Keep sharing, listening, re-listening and spreading the word about our message. Thank you change-maker!

Episode 56: Releasing Failure for a Fresh Start

In our first episode of the winter season, I'm giving you a process to release any gunk left over from the topsy-turvy year that was 2022 so you can rest, rejuvenate and plant seeds of change with clean energy come springtime. Let’s continue to develop a new relationship with this construct of "failure" so we can use it as a superpower.

What's in this episode for you:

  • Why failure is so important for us to embrace

  • The story of my TEDx fail

  • A process to help you walk through failure with grace

  • A sneak peek at next week's powerful conversation

Tools for Change:

As you plan for the year ahead, take some time to:

  1. Acknowledge - Write down all your failures alongside all your wins for 2022.

  2. Feel the feels - Pay attention to what you feel in your body when you write these down. Find a way to be with these emotions and release them.

  3. Reframe - When the energy has shifted, move on to writing down the gifts in these experiences.

  4. Celebrate - Do a dance, give yourself a high-five, draw a bath, light some candles - you took action that led to great gifts!
